mattress in forward berth Custom mattress extension in back berth The 36 Catalina is known for its spacious and comfortable layout
with large cockpit and companionway leading down into a large salon. Starting
forward is the V-berth cabin with large bed, hanging closet, bookshelves,
drawers and additional storage cabinets. Next aft is the enclosed head with
vanity and sink and shower with H/C pressure water. Opposite head is four
drawer bureau with locker/TV compartment above.
Continuing aft is the main salon with large U-shaped dinette on the port side
and small dinette with forward and aft facing seats on the starboard side.
The U-shaped dinette converts to a double berth and the small dinette
converts to a single berth. The L-shaped galley is to port and to starboard
is the dedicated Nav station with chair. The second
stateroom is located beneath the cockpit and is accessed from a door in the
